How your privacy works

- Coach accounts are assigned pseudonyms. The team running quality assurance cannot associate conversations with identities.
- Proper names you enter are automatically replaced with pseudonyms, flowers, vegetables, before any human ever reviews anything.
- Conversations are encrypted at rest.
- Conversations are not used to train COROS without your explicit consent.
